Herder Nakiri chef's knife cherry tree series stainless 165mm thin section
Herder chef's knife - windmill knife - Nakiri which is produced in Solingen. The blade is thinly ground and blue-glazed. The Nakiri is not suitable for cutting through bones or the like, because the blade is ground too thin for that.

TIP:
If you want to push the material to be cut off the wooden cutting board, use the back of the blade for this. This protects the blade, which then retains its sharpness for longer.

A chef's knife does not belong in the dishwasher! If you have a carbon knife, rinse the knife briefly with clear water after use and then dry it well. Your knife will thank you for a regular drop of OIL for carbon blades or wooden handles.
