Herder K2 small all-round chef's knife with handle made of plum wood, rust-free 110mm windmill knife, blue-plated
The Herder K2 is a great little all-round chef's knife from Herder in Solingen. This windmill knife is particularly suitable for the preparatory work in the kitchen. Due to the curved blade, it can be used for weighing vegetables, just like the large Santoku. Great handy size!
Great Solingen handwork!
Properties:
Steel: CMV stainless steel
Handle: plum wood
Blade length: 110mm
Total length: 225mm
Other: blue-glazed
TIP:
If you want to push the material to be cut off the wooden cutting board, use the back of the blade for this. This protects the blade, which then retains its sharpness for longer.
Note:
A chef's knife does not belong in the dishwasher! If you have a carbon knife, rinse the knife briefly with clear water after use and then dry it well. Your knife will thank you for a regular drop of OIL for carbon blades or wooden handles.
