Tojiro sharpening stone F-433 with 1000 and 3000 grit - combination water sharpening stone

I had this Tojiro sharpening stone F-433 in my program years ago, before I minimized the chef's knife category. And even now, the Tojiro combi sharpening stone is a clear purchase recommendation. Because this sharpening stone has the essential 2 grits that you need to sharpen a chef's knife again. This combination stone has a 1000 grit to remove material and a 3000 grit to sharpen the edge of the chef's knife again. A practical sharpening stone holder is also included.

A great addition to our knife shop! If you are not yet practiced, I can recommend a grinding aid to keep the angle while grinding. Before use, soak the sharpening stone in plenty of water until it no longer produces bubbles. Then you can start sharpening and as soon as a "film" forms on the whetstone, the actual sharpening process starts.
