Herder 1782 classic paring knife cherry tree series stainless 80mm Windmill knife
This kitchen knife is one of the absolute classics of windmill knives. It has an elongated, traditionally oval handle and has been part of our range for over 80 years. Of course it is ground in our "Solinger thin cut" and "finely polished" by hand.
Great Solingen handwork!
Properties:
Steel: CMV stainless steel
Blade length: 80mm
Total length: 175mm
Other: finely polished
Handle: cherry
TIP:
If you want to push the material to be cut off the wooden cutting board, use the back of the blade for this. This protects the blade, which then retains its sharpness for longer.
Note:
A chef's knife does not belong in the dishwasher! If you have a carbon knife, rinse the knife briefly with clear water after use and then dry it well. Your knife will thank you for a regular drop of OIL for carbon blades or wooden handles.
