Herder chef's knife - windmill knife - paring knife Vogelschnabel which is produced in Solingen. The blade is thinly ground and blue-glazed. Due to the curved shape, this windmill knife is particularly suitable for peeling fruit and vegetables.

TIP:
If you want to push the material to be cut off the wooden cutting board, use the back of the blade for this. This protects the blade, which then retains its sharpness for longer.
Note:
A chef's knife does not belong in the dishwasher! If you have a carbon knife, rinse the knife briefly with clear water after use and then dry it well. Your knife will thank you for a regular drop of OIL for carbon blades or wooden handles.
