SK-X Slipjoint pocket knife - CPM20CV steel satin Handfinish full titanium Inlay Version without Inlay
I am more than proud to be able to offer you my first slipjoint. I have always been a fan of slipjoint pocket knives and use them regularly in everyday life. However, what always bothered me was the small size. With the SK-X I have now created an EDC pocket knife that is much easier to hold due to its size and with which you can easily cut a large piece of meat without the bolster sinking into the mayonnaise. The inlay version does not include an inlay. Please select this in the shop and order it separately!
1.1kg back spring for safety
The SK-X is produced by my partner JiYi from JE Made Knives in China. JiYi is known for its first-class workmanship, especially in the area of slipjoint knives. The SK-X pocket knife's spring tension of 1.1 kg is particularly worth highlighting. This is adjusted so well that you can get the blade out of your grip without any major problems, but at the same time so strong that you feel safe when using the knife.
Clean blade
On the SK-X you will only find our logo on the axle screw on the show page. All other information such as steel designation, model name or manufacturer is hidden under the handle shells if they can be removed.
clip? Yes or no
With the SK-X you don't have to ask yourself this question. Each delivery includes a titanium belt clip and a clip insert. If you unscrew the clip, you can close the gap with the clip insert.
Lanyard on or not?
We also thought about the lanyard. An additional hole had created a predetermined breaking point for the interchangeable handle scales and for me personally it would have been a break in the design. That's why we reduced part of the back spring and installed a rotating pin there. So you can decide for yourself whether you want to attach a lanyard or not. And if so, then it rotates and does not remain rigid in the fastening as is the case with a simple drilling, for example.
