The knives from the Type 301 series are used by various professional chefs. For example, TV chef Ralf Zacherl and Otto Koch use these knives.
This knife is particularly sharp and should never be sharpened with a whetstone. Also, avoid cleaning this masterpiece in the dishwasher. Always use a suitable cutting board when cutting.
