MDK Special - JE made Barlow with bowling ball handle
Last year I sent JiYi some materials to test and asked him to use them for me on one of the next runs. So there is now a very small series of this test material exclusively for Messerdepot. The probability that these will be produced again after sale is very low. JiYi would have to produce new Barlows for this and it will take a while until that happens again (other models will come first) and I would have to get the material again. But it's very difficult, if not impossible, to get there. And if... then it costs accordingly.
Here you have the chance to get one with a handle from an ancient bowling ball. Unlike today, RAG Micarta was used back then. This micarta is very rare and expensive but has an ingenious look. When sanded as finely as JiYi does, the material looks like wood.
