Herder bread knife wave cherry tree series stainless steel 195mm windmill knife blue glazed
The elegant shape of the blade with its slight back curve goes back to the style of the early 1920s.
The hand-ground, polished shaft with the extremely high teeth and the thin sheath ensures exceptional cutting quality. The individual teeth on the cutting edge are thinner than with conventional serrated edges. This makes them many times sharper, but also a bit more sensitive. Small burrs that can form in the individual teeth during use are completely normal with this serrated edge and do not detract from the high cutting ability. The result of all these qualities is an incredibly sharp, durable bread saw knife.
Their low weight allows easy and comfortable handling. The aesthetics and function of this bread saw makes cutting bread a daily pleasure, without a sea of crumbs. Great Solingen craftsmanship!

TIP:
If you want to push the material to be cut off the wooden cutting board, use the back of the blade for this. This protects the blade, which then retains its sharpness for longer.
Note:
A chef's knife does not belong in the dishwasher! If you have a carbon knife, rinse the knife briefly with clear water after use and then dry it well. Your knife will thank you for a regular drop of OIL for carbon blades or wooden handles.
