German Edition Fuller iMamba brown/orange Arno Bernard Knives Kudu Bone + Titanium RWL-34 - Framelock
The iMamba in the German Edition is a collaboration with our partner Arno Bernard Knives. Here I had asked Ruan and Arno to exchange the otherwise installed ball bearings for bronze washers and not to plan the "pinball" as an opening aid. The result is a great pocket knife, which we therefore call the "German Edition". Nevertheless, it should be noted that this iMamba is not 42a compliant, as the wide blade and the pronounced nail nick mean that the wide blade can easily be turned out of the handle.
The implementation of our specifications and the processing is brilliant. And there are little things that you quickly overlook, but where Arno Bernard Knives invest a lot of time so that it becomes an absolutely great knife with the best workmanship.
For example, the root of the blade is polished so that the blade runs very smoothly when opened
The nail nick isn't just ONE nail nick. Here the area of the nail house is masked with a lot of effort and then bead blasted
The two-tone finish is done by hand at the "desk". To do this, Franco Bernard sticks a large piece of sandpaper on the worktop and removes each individual blade lengthwise by hand
The logo is created in the African sun
It is precisely these special features that make the iMamba so exceptional.
I wish you much fun with it!
