The handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel. The blade is made of high-quality Japanese Pure 301 steel. The blade has a blade length of 24 cm and ends at the small "stainless steel bead." This is where the ergonomic handle area begins. This chef's knife is an all-rounder in the kitchen, allowing you to easily cut fish, meat, and vegetables. This Chroma Type 301 chef's knife - Design by F.A.Porsche - is shipped in a very attractive gift box.This knife is particularly sharp and should never be sharpened with a whetstone. Also, avoid cleaning this gem in the dishwasher. Always use a suitable cutting board.
