An emotional moment is approaching: After more than 20 years in the online retail of EDC gear and knives, we will be permanently closing our knife depot on December 31, 2025.
We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your incredible loyalty! Without you, our fantastic community, this long journey would not have been possible.

Please rest assured: The closure is not due to financial difficulties or health reasons. The exact background and motivations for this decision are complex, and we want to be more transparent with you. Therefore, you will find a separate video on our YouTube channel, Messerdepot, in the coming days, where we will explain this in more detail, as the information would be too extensive to include here.

Important for you: Existing orders and Arno Bernard Knives
What is especially important to us: All existing orders for Arno Bernard Knives will be delivered in full as promised.
According to the latest information from the Bernard brothers, production will be completed this week. We expect the goods to be shipped to Germany around mid-November. As soon as the knives arrive, we will ship them to you immediately.

A new contact for your favorite brands - Messerteam Kalb

We've found a great solution so you can continue to get your favorites:

• The SK09, SK-X, and X1-Tool brands have been acquired by Messerteam Kalb from Lüneburg.
• Knifeteam Kalb has also taken over the EU sales rights for Arno Bernard Knives. We coordinated closely with our South African partners beforehand.

This means that both future and existing fans of Arno Bernard knives will continue to have the opportunity to purchase these high-quality pieces in Europe. Messerteam Kalb will also be handling the existing models.
