Premium Solingen Ham Knife from the X50 Series - 260mm

Our X50 series knives are crafted from the time-tested X50CrMoV15 knife steel right here in Solingen. The blades are ice-hardened and hand-ground, characterized by optimal balance and long-lasting edge retention. The POM resin handle is classically secured with three rivets. These Solingen knives are dishwasher-safe; however, we always recommend handwashing.
