Barlow Expedition Böker pocket knife with micarta olive and blasted brass
As a lightweight slipjoint pocket knife, the handy Böker Barlow can effortlessly handle almost all everyday cutting tasks. In this version it is provided with contoured handles made of olive green canvas micarta, while the jaws and plates are made of matt blasted brass. The resulting color contrast is reminiscent of the hardships of discovery expeditions of bygone times. The satined blade is made of ice-hardened 440C with 60 HRC and opened with a nail cut. The operating safety of the knife is increased by a 90 ° stop when opening and closing the blade. The characteristic teardrop shape of the Barlow can be traced back to the English pocket knives of the 17th century, making it one of the oldest models of all. Handmade in the Böker knife factory in Solingen.
