Ruan had sent me a picture of the Sailfish in Mammut and I was more than thrilled. I told him that I needed this knife for the shop and whether he would also build it for me with a desert iron wood handle. Now the dream of the knife is in our shop!
I would put the Sailfish in the Skinner / Bowie category. The Sailfish is a knife in a comfortable working size and the pronounced finger grooves make it easy to handle. Not only the high-quality handle material was used here ... no ... the leather sheath was also not held back.
A great knife not only for the showcase, but also for hunting.
